Tip of the Day: In Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain (D365 F&SC), does your company have multiple legal entities? If there are multiple legal entities that share the same customers, did you know that you have the ability to see the customer’s aging across legal entities or to see the customers aging separated in each of the corresponding legal entities?

Note: The customers must have the same Party ID.
In USMF, I create a new customer.
In USRT I created the same customer and assigned the same Party ID.
In the USRT company, I ran the Age Customer Balances for both USRT and USMF.
When I look at the open balances for this customer in the USRT company, I see the unpaid invoices from both companies.
In the USMF company, I ran the Age Customer Balances for only USMF.
When I look at the open balances for this customer in the USMF company, I see the unpaid invoices from USMF.
I see only one legal entity when I run "Age Customer Balances" aka "Create a customer aging snapshot" (in USMF and USRT). Is there something else that is needed (like an Organization Hierarchy for a specific purpose)? Thanks.
