To setup the Magnetic Ink Character Recognition (MICR) line on a check, go to Cash and Bank Management > Bank Accounts > Set up > Layout > Check.

In the Codes section, set Print MICR line = Yes.
Use %1 for the check number and use the A B C D codes below for the special characters.
Example: C %1 C A053904493A 22302423069D11C
