What do you do if the Excel add-in is not working?

Tip of the Day: In Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Change (D365 F&SC), did you know that you can import journals and other key pieces of data into D365 using Excel? My guess is that you do, and you probably use it often, but what do you do if the 'Open in Excel' template is missing or not working in one of the environments?

Navigate to Organization administration> Setup > Office Integration > Document templates

Select all documents, then select Delete

Select Yes

Select Reload system templates
